  • One in five non-elderly, unemployed workers with incomes 200 percent below the poverty line have private insurance, or are insured through the military.
  • Slightly more than one-quarter of non-elderly, unemployed workers making less than 200 percent of the poverty line have health coverage through Medicaid.
  • More than half of non-elderly, unemployed workers with annual incomes 200 percent below the poverty line are uninsured.
