Homeland HealthCare and Hammerman & Gainer have partnered with TransEngen Inc. to provide a point-of-sale claims adjudication platform to health care providers that enables them to verify patient eligibility and payment terms while patients receive care.

The Web-based portal, Homeland SureCare, allows claims to be re-priced to contracted network rates in real time.

“Through the portal, providers now have immediate access to reimbursement levels for the services they provide to SureCare plan members, creating price transparency for our members and facilitating faster payment back to providers,” Robert Byrnes, president of Homeland HealthCare said in a press release.

    • Can we adjudicate any pharmacy claim with this offer? Can we verify payment before the actual adjudication?
