To read an RSS feed you'll need a RSS reader, which will check for and inform you of new content received from the RSS feed. There are many products out there including download-able apps and of course Web based solutions. Google Reader and Bloglines are just a few of the popular web readers available. They provide a central place for you to quickly scan and read the various feeds you have subscribed to.
